Oil trap rings are placed over the press zone. When working in
this very narrow area, the ring may slip off, which often results
in injuries on the sharp edge of the punch. With PZS®, the
retaining ring is screwed onto the punch. Assembly is therefore
quick and without risk of injury.

The oil trap/oil pad itself is prevented from sliding off thanks to
its position on the retaining ring. The special PZS® design
prevents the retaining ring from becoming loose. In comparison
with conventional oil traps, the PZS® offers a high level of
production safety.
