The materials used by Ritter Pharma-Technik are from the high-alloy class of special steels. These steels contain > 5% alloying elements in total and the percentage of phosphorus and sulphur does not exceed a certain threshold.

The properties of high-alloy steels are modified by the type and percentage of alloying elements such as chromium, manganese, molybdenum and vanadium.

We select a suitable material according to the prevailing conditions at the user’s facilities. The most important criteria in choosing the material are tablet shape and whether the granules are abrasive or corrosive.
